- Rush Services: Refund is not possible for any rush services. This includes any order that needs to be completed within 24 hours or less.

- One Week Policy: Refund is not possible after one week of delivery of services. If you do not contact us within one week of receiving your resume and cover letter, we will assume that you are satisfied with the final product.
- Laid Off Support: There will be no refund for any service(s) offered or given under “Laid Off & Unemployment Support” as we are already providing all these services at minimum cost with no profit as per the company’s policy to enable laid off & unemployed job seekers.
